When you register for a Consumer Account you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name, age, address, post code, telephone number, gender and email address. We may also collect information about your usage of our website as well as information about you from the messages (including reviews of businesses) and e-mails or letters you send to us.
In the case of those businesses which have subscribed for our services ("Business Owners"), we also collect information you supply to us about your business, promotions, products and services, together with your credit or debit card details.
Cookies

Unless you have indicated your objection when disclosing your details to us, our system will issue cookies to your computer when you log on to the site. Some of your information including age, gender, post code and general location (but NOT your address) may be included in the anonymized demographic information which we pass to our Business Owners (see below) but this will not include information that can be used to identify you.
we might also use your information to let you know about other products and services which we at UK Knoweldge Limited offer which may be of interest to you.
If you change your mind about being contacted in the future, you can unsubscribe by following the instructions in clause 8 below .
3 Disclosure of your information
The information you provide to us will be held on our computers in the UK and may only be accessed by or given to our staff working within the UK and third parties who act for us for the purposes set out in this policy or for other purposes approved by you. Those parties process information, fulfil and deliver orders, process credit card payments and provide support services on our behalf. If any of those third parties is outside the European Economic Area (where there may not be strong data protection laws), we will always take steps to ensure that your information is used by third parties in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We may pass to the Business Owners, anonymized demographic information including age, gender, post code and general location (but NOT addresses) concerning only those of their customers who have registered for a Consumer Account and this will not include information that can be used to identify indvividuals.
We may also pass aggregated information on the usage of our Site to third parties but this will not include information that can be used to identify you.
Finally, if our business enters into a joint venture with or is sold to or merged with another business entity, your information may be disclosed to our new business partners or owners.
Unless required to do so by law or where in our reasonable opinion disclosure is necessary for us to comply with a court order or other legal process (including co-operating with law enforcement officials) and/ or to protect our rights, we will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to us without your consent.
6 Security and data retention
